Half of total is due within 7 days of booking.
Balance plus $100 damage deposit (refundable) is due 30 days before arrival.
$100 handling fee is retained if reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival.
Deposit is forfeited if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
No refunds on Christmas and New Year's reservations.
